Im 39 weeks & 1 day. Im 2cm dilated & 50% effaced as of last thrursday. Ive been loosing my mucus plug little by little, but today i just went to the bathroom( just to pee) and had to wipe 3-4 times. & each time more mucus( im guessing) came out. I had sex just before, but made sure i cleaned myself up afterwards. Anyone have any clue? Ive been having frequent backaches & light cramping if that helps out.

Sounds like you lost your plug to me. And also sounds like your not far away from labour =). Try going for a nice long walk that sounds help swing things along or even more sex ;-). Good luck.

your mucus plug will usually consist of blood and mucus when you lose it you will know because it will be gross and it will be alot.
