Anyone remember the guy that used to do rune readings outside Hoyts in Sydney years ago?

Back in the early 90’s, there was a guy that would sit on a milk crate every night, outside Hoyts cinema on George Street Sydney, and he would do rune fortune-telling in exchange for a small donation. His name was Colin, dont remember his last name, but if anybody remembers him, and could tell me where he is, I’d love to catch up with him. He lived on the street, he’d had a bypass operation at some time. He may have gone to Byron Bay for a while. He had another friend called Ross, a tall, hippy-looking guy with a passion for music, last I heard he was learning to play the timpani. Would be nice to chat to him again too. That’s all the information I have to go on after this long, just putting it out there in case it jogs anybody’s memory.
Hope it’s ok to post this in this category, I couldn’t find anything more appropriate.

    Craigslist scam plese help me?

Ok so i got an email from someone saying they would like to buy my psp and the want to pay me in cashiers check and im not stupid i know what is a scam and whats not but im not totally shure if this is a scam do you think its a scam.P.S i got another saying that they would buy it for when it was dollars and they wanted to use pay pal do these people actually think they are smart. AnswerFavorite AnswerCraigslist fills the niche for LOCAL sales only, akin to the classifieds in your local paper(s), but with Craigslist you can add pictures. I will assume these people live in your general, geographic area. If they are inquiring from somewhere outside your general, geographic area, they are both probably scamsters. To cover your butt, CASH (ONLY) is king with Craigslist sales. Tell the guy who wants to use PayPal that you accept CASH only. This being the case, simply tell him to do a money transfer from his PayPal account to his checking or savings account where he can withdraw the necessary CASH to bring.

Has anyone else been seeing more “Help wanted” signs?

I have here in Los Angeles, California, the other day i saw one in a Yoshinoya somewhere around crenshaw and 29th i think and i thought "first time i ever see one!"✅ Answers ? Best Answer They are out there. Every time I walk into Home Depot, they have a big help wanted sign as you enter. You are seeing more all of the time. Sadly, most are just part time jobs with minimal benefits, but they are jobs nonetheless. even in the northeast i see more help wanted signs. the question is: are they really hiring? how are they trying to f*ck over the employees?

    Was this store owner rude?

So i went to a small jewelry shop/wholesale store. I went there a week earlier and i was allowed in and was allowed to shop. I went in today to try and buy my mom a present for her birthday tomorrow and the new owner or cashier did not allow me inside. I asked 'Is there new women's jewelry?' and he said 'No' blatantly when it was ALL freaking behind him.. -_- Then he said 'You not allowed in store. Not open to you'. He stood up towards me all up in my face and looked threatened towards me, and i said 'But i was allowed here last week? I need a gift for my mom' and he said 'Go off, we sell no jewelry, go' and i said nervously 'Okay sir.. I'm very sorry.' and to make me leave he said 'No. Go now. I call police'.What the hell? I dress normal, i speak normal and have manners. ✅ Answers? Favorite AnswerVery rude, that is completely unacceptable. I would tell that man about himself...Rude, probably, seems like it to me, so why would you want to spend your money there. I would go spend my money in a store Read more
