I tried out birth control pills for a month. Its been a month since I took the last pill, my taking them had been screwed up by something at the time.
So….I got my period a day ago. Do I continue taking them as if nothing happened or do I follow the instructions I followed the first time I took them?

If you start taking them again now, you will be protected from day one. Just follow the instructions on the pack, treat it as you are just starting to take it. Make sure you remember your pills!
