black 1inch line at bottom of streaming video?

youtube works fine but when im watching streaming videos like JW Player online, (for example, the video on animeget.com) there is a black 1 inch line at the bottom of the video.

I checked to see if it was the link or the company’s problem, but it’s my computer. How can i tell? I looked at different streaming companys.

what is the cause of this?

heres a picture:

  • The authors of the video, or the owners of the website created, or PIRATED, the video as a HD file (16:9).

But, the authors accidentally or deliberately re-sized it to a standard (4:3) non-HD file format, and then added it to their website.

There is nothing wrong with your PC.
