It was not on my approved list from the doctor when I was pregnant but you can do tums and ginger can help nausea Dehydration is the number one cause of miscarriage I think the reason not to do pepto was cause it can make the baby poop inside of you and that is really, really bad for the baby cause it can send the baby into fetal distress.
