MS Word is not free, you will need to buy a full version if you want it.
You should rather try SSuite Office for a free office suite. They have a whole range of office suites that are free for download.
Their software also don’t need to run on Java or .NET, like so many open source office suites, so it makes their software very small and efficient.

You canb’t get any Microsoft product for free. That’s software piracy. Instead, you can get OpenOffice. It’s legal and free, and you can open Word files in OpenOffice and save out OpenOffice files as .doc MS Word files. You can find it at http://www.openoffice.org/
