Car accident involving left turn?

I was on a road with two lanes and the oncoming road also had two lanes. I was going straight through and the other guy facing me was turning left. We both had green light, so as I entered the intersection to go straight he must not have seen me and turned left and ended up right in front of me causing me to hit him. The front of my car was crushed. He’s at fault because I had absolute right of way, right?

  • The person turning left must not turn unless the way is clear. Hitting a car is prima facie evidence the way was not clear, and he will be at fault.
  • Are you sure it wasn’t two lanes going left if he was in front of you he couldn’t have hit you from behind are you sure you didn’t see a green left turn Light and thought he was going and unintentionallly hit the guy
