Create a new conditional format rule that applies Yellow fill (fourth column, bottom row) and bold font to val?

Hi everyone! I am trying to apply a conditional format but for some reason cannot get the correct answer.

The question is:
Create a new conditional format rule that applies Yellow fill (fourth column, bottom row) and bold font to values that are greater than or equal to 98% in the Percent of List Price column
(G2:G19).

I thought the answer would be:
=ROW(G2>=98)
but obviously that is incorrect. Any help will be great! Thank you!

I know how to do the yellow fill and bold formating
