Today im 3dpo and im crampin on my left ovary really bad and today while i was out i felt this really really big gush while was walking and i thought in my head hope im not bleeding got home used the bathroom and wiped and it was nothing but a bunch of egg white mucus and it felt so sticky when i was walking so any advice what this mught be?? r

It is completely normal. It’s just cervical mucus. I’ve experienced that before as well.
