Do cruise line employees get free cruises?

I don’t mean like the employees who work on the actual cruise ship like the waiters and stuff. I mean the employees who work in the corporate offices like accounting and marketing.

No..Cruise employees do not cruise free. They do receive a discount if they wish to take a cruise.

I have a relative that works for Carnival. She helps the passengers get all the paperwork set up when embarking – she gets two free cruises a year. I would assume this varies from company to company and depends on the job that you work.

they only get discounts. It actually really depends what cruise line you work for but usually its only a discount. Maybe they give free cruises during a certain holiday. Or they might have an employee party where they go on a cruise free. Idk I am just assuming

Nope. Not unless you’re working on the cruise (doing an audit or something like that and have to travel for your job). Then it’s not really a vacation, since you’re there for work, and can’t really enjoy the cruise. They would get discounts though.
