So I’m 17 and he’s 18. We work together at a crappy part time job.. Relationships at work aren’t a problem. So some of the things he does:
1) he tells me and everyone else that I’m awesome. One time when no one else was there to hear he told me I was awesome and then said ” you know I don’t tell everyone that” and then when I responded by telling him he was awesome, he said ” you know, you just made my day”
2) one time he yelled to the entire workplace ” I just wanted you all to know that jenn (jenn being me) is cooler than every single one of you”… And this was random
3) every time he sees me he yells my name for no reason
4) sometimes I’ll feel like he’s staring at me and when I look up he’s jokingly looking at me really creepy so I’ll laugh
5) he asked me what kind of music I like and he wasn’t expecting me to say rock/metal, when I did he said ” my kind of girl”
6) the one day before he left he kind of stroked my chin while jokingly telling me I was ” precious”
7) the one day hewas asking me what I thought of the new girl and he said he thought she was kind of quiet and weird. I said ” well I can’t even say anything because I’m kind of quiet to lol” and he said ” well yeah, but your not weird haha”
8) the one day I came in with my glasses on ( I usually don’t wear them) and he said ” jenn you look sophisticated today!” and then he proceeded to tell everyone else that I looked sophisticated today
9) It seems like the better you are at your job, the “cooler” you are at this workplace and everyone likes you more. I just happen to be oddly good because I’m an extremely calm person so I work really well under pressure. I can’t tell if this guy likes me as a person because of this ( that’s why he tells me I’m awesome all the time?) or if he’s trying to flirt with me? I mean, no other guy gives me this much attention, but I know that he really respects hardworking people with common sense ( which you definitely have to have to be good at this job). So how do I know which way he likes me?
