I have a 31 year old brother, we’ve noticed something different about him since his preteen years. When younger, he would mention that he was the son of the devil and that he was from another planet. He’s been getting worse since his break up from his most recent girlfriend a year ago. He began to claim that he saved people from a bank and that the manager let him take bags of money from the vault as a reward and that he gave us all (my 3 sisters and I) some money and gave my mom some money to put away for him so he goes to her house everyday asking for that money back. My mom only gets him rinkadink low counseling to where the “therapist” stop seeing him and returning her phone calls. My mom told him she’s gonna tell his social worker-cause he gets government money cause he can’t get a job-about what he’s been saying lately and he says he’s gonna deny it and not talk. He also got in a physical altercation ( he’s never been violent in fact bullied in elementary and middle school) with my sisters boyfriend, 3 months ago, whom lives with us and I honestly believe he’s been getting worse since that. Before that, his only story was about the bank but since that now he claims he’s partial owner of Neverland Ranch, won a billion dollars at a casino, kills people and can bring them back to life with a dagger. I don’t know where to begin to look for help, he obviously needs major help or to be in a hospital of some sort. I’m beginning to fear for my safety and my child’s safety. Our mom lives 3 blocks away but he doesn’t want to go live with her. We live in the 4 bedroom house we grew up in with my 6 year old daughter, 2 older sisters, my sister’s boyfriend and their 2 year old. I have no idea what is wrong with him but my mom seems to have wiped her hands of this and says “I don’t have control of him anymore, he doesn’t listen to me.” Please help! Thanks!
