Gauges???????please help!! :)?

ok so right now i have the normal ear-rings that everyone has..
some of my friends got gauges, like the first step, and its really not that much bigger..
so i was wondering if i could get the gauges that are really small, and i was wondering if they hurt? cuz they seem like a TINY bit bigger that normal ear-rings..
i dont want to go any bigger than that, but i like the gauges they have..
so my question is, if i get the step-one guages or whatever, can i keep them that size, and will it hurt to put it in???

  • My sister has gauges and they do hurt. Remember you are ripping the skin in your ear to make the hole bigger. It is very likely the piercing holes will sag when you take them out when your older. I wouldn’t recommend it. This may be a better solution though. There are places that sell fake gauges. I’ll give you a link to a store that sells them. Then when your at something formal you can take them out and wear regular dangling earrings.

  • I have a size 2 gage. and honestly i didn’t think they hurt AT ALL. it does sting just a little. i personally feel that it hurts less than when you get your ears peirce it. & yes you can keep them at that size. gauges don’t get bigger unless you stretch them yourself. if you take out the gauge or stop wearing them it will immediately close up and go back to your normal size.

  • Gauges hurt like $h!t. Even like 14’s. And you’ll regret the fuc* outta them later. They get all saggy and gross. Even little ones. Not a good idea.
