I ordered a parcel on last Friday and the parcel got here on Saturday but I wasn’t home so they left me a peach colored sheet that said” we redeliver for you” and I was like : because I never knew how to use it and it filled out the “parcel” category and it wrote my name and my address and it didn’t check the ” item is at Post Office” box so I didn’t know how to get it. Then I asked my mom and she was like go to the post office with your ID and as them. And I was like ” but the item isn’t at the PO they didn’t check the box” and then she was like ” fine then do it yourself” and then I’m so frustrated!!!!!!!! So please help me?!

Hi yes the item is at the post office you can go there with your id and pick it up or you can call the post office number and request that it is redelivered.
Just go there on Tuesday and pick it up.
