Help with antivirus and malware protections?

I have weboot antivirus and it works fine but when I turn my computer and turn it back on it says there is no malware protection. Then I hit turn on now in the windows defender thing and it’s on. But when I restart it it just turns off again. Help?

I assume this Webroot is a free day trial. I suggest that you disable it,then uninstall it and try this set up for better protection:
