how and where do dogs go to the bathroom in big cities?

People walk their dogs and carry a poop scooper and a bag with them to pick up and place the poop in the bag so it isn’t left on the sidewalks. The dogs will pee on anything that is standing, such as a light post, and the pee will eventually dry or be washed away by rain. Dog poop could be a problem if people didn’t carry pooper scoopers and bags to pick up the poop so someone doesn’t step on it. Dogs will take a poop wherever and whenever they feel the need to do so, and that is why people who are aware of the fact that if they didn’t pick up the poop from their dog while walking their dog, they may step in the poop themselves. Pooper scoopers and bags for poop are readily available and there is no excuse for someone who walks their dog in a big city or a small city to not carry and use a pooper scooper and a bag to clean up their dog’s poop. Now, I have to take the old man, myself, and my dog for a walk. Oh, I better not forget the pooper scooper and a bag.
