1.Open the Windows Task Manager by pressing “Ctrl,” “Alt,” and “Delete” together. Click the “Processes” tab to show the currently running programs.
2.Scroll down and click “HelpSvc.exe.” Click “End Process” to terminate this program. HelpSvc.exe a great deal of CPU memory and should be terminated before disabling and removing from startup.
