No, the cell wall and cell membrane are different. When you make your model, be sure to draw the cell wall in the shape of a rectangle as it is stiff and rigid so that it may support and protect plants, which are generally immobile. When you make the cell membrane, draw it in a rounded shape or just draw a blob since it is nowhere as tough as the cell wall. Animal cells don’t need a stiff cell membrane because they move around and are not as susceptible to danger as plants are, and therefore do not need as much protection. For your model, you could use a box (for jewellery/a shoebox, depending on the size) for the cell wall, and half of a styrofoam ball for the cell membrane.
