Any 70cl bottle of 40% ABV spirits contain 28 units.
40% proof is a different thing. It’s 20 % ABV (alcohol by volume).
Nope, 10 ml is not an unit. However it may be either 40 ml or 30 ml .. So either 18 or 23 😀
