I just bought a Dell Inspiration Mini and I hate that I can change it’s appearance due to it only has Windows Starter. Is there anyway I can change this? Please and thank you.

You have to buy Windows Home Premium Anytime Upgrade which is $. You can then use it without as many restrictions.
Matt EVERY BODY keep asking this question here on yahoo forums you CANNOT change the appearance. Do NOT upgrade to Windows Home because Win starter is a much lighter version of Win home.
You will have to live with it or…. go for Linux works well on a mini

starter is put on thoose as its not a grunty computer, you willl either have to buy the upgrade or download it and do a clean install
but i wouldn;t bother as it will take more than your pc prob has hadware wise
