It won’t burn the dvd, it says dvd incompatible. I use windows media player. I have windows 7 and my pc is an HP. the store told me they were the correct disc but they dont want to work in my pc. am i suppose to use another type of disc or what? im new to this so explain in great detail. thanks!

Windows media player doesn’t burn dvds.
Do you have a dvd burner, hardware?

Most burners can burn onto dvd plus or minus just fine.
Maybe you should check your computer dvd burner drive at first, windows media player just can burn cd not dvd,to maker sure it is dvd burner drive, not only cd burner drive, you can’t use cd burner drive to burn dvd, then you should use the right dvd writeable disc, such as dvd-r, dvd+r, dvd-rw, dvd+rw, etc, dvd-r and dvd+r only write once, dvd-rw and dvd+rw can rewriteable, at last you should try another better dvd burner software
