i have 1 mb internet connection dsl but the browsing speed was too much slower then that, when i test it, the speed was 210 kbps then i opend my network places to view working networks i saw another 278 kbps internet connection above my 1 mbps connects , when i disconected it to see if my 1 mbps worked after that but it didnt.. What to do now?? When its working fine i get 930 kbps as download and 70 kbps as upload speed

Ask your Internet Provider Why it Is happening or try google chrome it Is the best browser But dont try Internet software like Internet Booster they have malware If nothing happen Ask your Provider Choose it as best answer:-)
