i have a toshiba laptop with a built in webcam…but when the cam runs it turns green and fuzzy what do i do?

also i discovered that when i press on the spot where the cam is it utrns normal for about a minute than goes green again….should i maybe take it back or is there anyway to fix this?

  • you can go to the toshiba website and do a search for your particular model and see if there are updates required for the camera to function

    if this doesnt work i would suggest sending the laptop in and claiming your warranty
