I just bought my New gravity phone(the first one) From T-Mobile like i dunno maybe hours ago. i set a pit and ikept hitting intead of then it locked me out. and now it says PIN blocked call customer care. Its too late for them they rnt open and i need my phone for something. How do i get back in PPLEASE HELP

download the update service software from the phone manufacture..
then..install it..
it will flash / format your phone sistem..
