I want to learn how to animate in flash?

I want to learn how to animate well in flash. I was wondering if you could point me in the general direction of how to get used to it and understand the interface and everything behind it. I want to develop the fastest workflow I possibly can and derive the best techniques, so I want to know right off the bat what the best flash animators do. An example of what level I want to achieve is this:

It’s a nice smooth animation and I’d like to learn what to do to begin animating like this.

I have a wacom bamboo pen tablet, and I’ll also like to know how to make maximum use of this.

Also, I am also into game making as a hobby. Is flash a good tool to draw and animate things for export in an animated raster format?

Just compile to me the best tutorials or explanations you can find.
