I have applied online. I paid through credit card. I did not get acknowledgement no. as computer hanged.But Rs. 94 is debited from my credit card. Now how can I trace it. I have not submitted the document because I dont have Ackn. no.. pl. help me out

check your credit card entry whether any information is available in transaction (description of transaction) or visit the website and check the link contact us and write to them..
As you said not received the acknowledgement number, may be in such case transaction get reversed and Rs.94 and given back to you….
Due to computer hangout you could not receive Acknowledge no but it seems it has been generated. So contact NSDL help line no and give referance of your payment they will inform you your acknowledge no. Further process will be same. NSDL help line no is available at income tax website www.incometaxindia.gov.in and www.nsdl.com
