Contact the account service and tell them you need instructions for retrieving an account for which you don’t know the security question and answer. You’ll have a hard time proving you are who you say you are, so it won’t be easy getting your account back. I’d suggest that you write down all accounts, the email used for the account, the user name, security questions/answers, and password in a notebook, and keep it in a safe place for future reference.
