So, my computer class got these new Windows computers, and they’re wicked awesome! So I was wondering if I could buy the software from Wal-mart, and then download it to my Vista computer? and if I can do that, will it reset my computer because it would then be on a different operating software? Please help! Thanks!

It won’t reset your computer if you choose the upgrade option in the install. But always back up your data even if you choose this. It is more recommend to choose the clean install option because you don’t have any files left over from the previous OS.
It will reset your computer if you choose the clean install option which formats your hard drive and installs your OS without all the files from the previous OS. Yes, you MUST back up your data in this clean install scenario.
You have two options when you install W, either start fresh, format the hard-drive and lose all the data from before.. Or choose to update which will keep the data.
IMO I would do a fresh install it’ll run better, and you’ll only have what you need, just save the data elsewhere..

I don’t really specialize in bypassing things. But what i can tell you is this, by installing another operating system onto the computer. It will should bypass the password. Now that comes with complications so your going to have to mess around with it. Maybe look into it further but, it should work.
