Inter faith inheritance in islam?

assalam u alaikum to all muslim brothers
i need to ask a question about inter faith inheritance in islam
my brother was married to a christian women and had 3 daughters out of whom 2 have been married to chirstian men and one is engaged with a christian man and the wife is also a practicing christian after my muslim brother’s passing away what right of inheritance do the daughters and wife have in his property according to islamic law of inheritance.kindly advice your advices are much appreciated.

I would imagine you’ll have more luck looking into the laws of whatever country all this happened in. If it was an islamic country the laws will probably have some connection to sharia but the way that has been interpreted will depend on the country. If it was in the a western country sharia law may not apply at all. Generally, where there are sharia courts, all parties must agree to settle their affairs within that system and have the right to reject the verdict and go to a civil court if they want to.
