Is it against the law to make fireplace in UK/london in my garden?

I’m in America, so I don’t know exactly who to call, but try the fire department, they can probably tell you, or they will tell you who to contact.

You may want to check with the local authorities to see whether you can use a small fire pit or chiminea.
