I’ve got a really bad cold and my nose is all blocked and can hardly breathe. Do you think it would be halal for me to use this while I’m fasting? It’s inserted into the nasal cavity and sprayed.

Allah excuses all sick people from fasting. So take care of your health problems and fast later in the following month when you are healthy. Allah will give you same Ajar if you complete your missed days of fasting later.
Lots of people give fatwas on this site like if a drop of nasal spray gets into your stomach, your fast will break. It is nonsense. If you have no intention to swallow a medicine through nose, it does not break your fast if spray gets into your stomach accidently.
It is best just don’t ask such questions to people on Ramadan because most people here don’t have thorough knowledge on all aspects of Islam. Go to

Snuff i.e. inhaling medicines, foods etc., through nose.

Use your hand to remove nose dust and force nose with breathe to throw material. If one drop Nose medicine goes to belly then your fast will broke. Or Refill those fast that broke in Ramadan after Ramadan.

You can NOT use any nasal decongestant during fasting, otherwise your fast would become void. Or even ear drops.

use of ear/ nose/eye drops or nasal sprays for allergies does not invalidate one’s fast, and therefore one need not redo the fast, if he/she has had recourse to any of them while fasting.
