  • It’s called Haemolacria. I’m guessing somebody watched Casino Royale recently.

  • It’s possible. Haemolacria happens when people have infected tear ducts.

    Tear ducts connect to the inside of your throat, and some people hold dark liquids in their throat and force them out their tear ducts as a trick.

    I don’t recommend trying it because it is a good way to end up with an infection that will leave you crying real blood.

  • I suppose somewhere you could internally bleed and the closest place for the blood to go is out your tear duct, but it wouldn’t be a tear – it would be a AHH GET THIS PERSON INTERNALLY BLEEDING TO HOSPITAL!!!! Kind of thing… The question did get me thinking though lol
