Isn't heaven the same as hell?

It would be fun for a while then it turns to hell.

You’re going to live forever. What are you going to do after 1 years? What about 10? 1? Forever? It’s easy to imagine numbers, but seriously, if you even just think about living forever, you’ll be thinking of a scary thought.

Food tastes better the hungrier we get. Try eating when you’re really stuffed. You will curse the sight of your favorite food. If you eat anything you want anytime, anywhere, you will eventually get used to it and no longer enjoy it.

Apply that to everything. Rest is great when you’re exhausted. Your underdog story is great because you defied the odds. Think about having sex with anyone anytime, you will get used to it and get sick of it, and would probably kill yourself as heaven even managed to ruin sex. But you can’t.

There’s no hunger in heaven. No thirst, no feeling of a good rest, no defying odds as there are no odds to defy, no pleasure that will last forever. Interestingly, that’s what heaven is supposed to be, eternal pleasure, eternal happiness. Eternal rainbows and butterflies. Eternal happiness becomes mundane, boring, ordinary. It’s literally the same as eternal suffering, eternal pain. Eternal anything ultimately becomes nothing. You will get used to anything eternal and lose the concept of the eternal whatever you used to have. Nothing will make you anything anymore. In this case, nothing will make you happy, contented, and anything good anymore. Worse is you won’t even feel bad, sad, or anything. You will feel nothing but you will still live forever. You will be worse than dead.

If you believe in the heaven where you live forever, it’s the worst thing that can happen to you.

  • It is because you are Evil and useless, that you cannot see ANY use for Immortality.

You must be used to gaining your happiness from Substance Abuse, Entertainment, Sex, and other meaningless pursuits, that achieve nothing.

How do you know what Heaven is like? Who told you?

How did you determine that they knew what they were talking about?

    . JOHN 5:17-20.

    17. But Jesus answered them,

“My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.”

    18. Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him,

because he not only had broken the Sabbath,

but said also that God was his Father,

    making himself equal with God.

    19. Then answered Jesus and said unto them,

“Verily, verily, I say unto you,

‘The Son can do nothing of himself,

but what he seeth the Father do:’

for what things soever he doeth,

these also doeth the Son likewise.

    20. “For the Father loveth the Son,

and sheweth him all things that Himself doeth:

and he will shew him greater works than these,

    that ye may marvel.”

men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear,

neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee,

what He hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.

Wasn’t there a time when know-it-all Bill Gates could not conceive what anyone would want with more than 340 kb of Memory in their Computer? You can do a lot with 340 kb, to be sure.

But that seems like a joke when you talk about it today.

Genius Bill Gates seems like an idiot for saying such a thing.

Wasn’t there a Patent Office head, who resigned his post, in the 19th Century, saying,

  • Well, they’re not the same, but they’re both excessive, because, honestly who would want to live forever under any condition? People often forget what “forever” and “eternity” are… I can understand a thousand years… even ten thousand… even a hundred thousand… even a million… but after billions and billions of years, who wants to live forever doing the same thing? It would be far too repetitive.

  • I think it only would be boring after awhile, if you still had more to learn…that may be why the theory of reincarnation holds water. To create your own heaven or hell. The more you grow, the more you learn. So if your heaven becomes boring, then you need to work on it.

  • You are thinking of them in earthly terms. They are very real and very different. Some people have been given real visions of heaven and/or hell or experienced one of them in near death experiences. These three videos show examples. • “There is a difference between wrongdoing with no premeditated desire to hurt someone and intentional evil. The degrees of harm to others from mischief to malevolence are carefully evaluated. A guiding principle in the spirit world is that wrongdoing, intentional or unintentional, on the part of all souls will need to be redressed in some form in a future life. This is not considered punishment as much as an opportunity for karmic growth. THERE IS NO HELL for souls, except perhaps on Earth.”

  • No they are not the same.

The Bible teaches us that hell is a place of eternal torment if you do not place your faith into Jesus Christ before you die.

Heaven is a place of eternal joy beyond the human mind if you simply put your faith into Jesus Christ.

Hell is an easy place to avoid. =)
