JW’s, is there an earthly hope and a heavenly hope?

I keep hearing about the 144,0 with a heavenly hope and the great crowd or other sheep with an earthly hope, is there just one or two hopes?

Ephesians 4:4 “One body there is, and one spirit, even as YOU were called in the one hope to which YOU were called”

OK, Sorry I found my answer, just one hope, now is that earthly or heavenly?
