Motherboard help? msi h61m-p31 (g3)?

I have a MSI h61m-p31 (g3) its fully assembled however where do I put the pwr sw and al l the face plate plugs because whenever I plug my PC in it switches on automatically. Also whenever I plug in my gtx 550ti my monitor looses signal and doesn’t connect to the card I need help.

    is on page 20

    Source(s): you have to go into BIOS and set the graphics to
    PCIe-VGA
    so the card will be read first(and if there is a card in the bus it will run)
