I have a tattoo of the mudflap girls back to back in between my boobs.. and along the bottom. there’s no color. just the outline in black. I need ideas to liven it up. I would like some kind of design to stretch from the top of the tattoo along the bottom of both boobs.. any help?

Find a good custom tattoo artist and they can freehand a beautiful design that can go around it. Fixing up tattoos like this is one of their specialties.
Yes! Do it! I think that would be awesome! You could do a lot with it if you didn’t just want it black, you could color it any way you want and still get the desired effect. I like the idea of making her a checkerboard rather than just black. Let your artist word a few designs for you. That would be a great tattoo! Best wishes.
