my fantail goldfish not moving from the bottom of its tank and its not eating?

hi our fantail goldfish (goldie) is a little older she is 4 yrs old and at the moment she is sitting at the bottom of the tank, more towards the back of the tank, she moved from side to side over night, she is not eating, which is really not like her. we know she is alive as we can see her moving. please help.

  • Is she the only fish in the tank?

    If so, is your tank 30 gals min?

    Do you change 50% of your tank water weekly?

    Do you use dechlorinator?

    Goldfish can live up to 30 years if cared for correctly.

    I would change 50% of her water daily for a week and see if she improves.

    Try feeding her frozen bloodworms or something similar.
