well i wouldnt really damage it much id use the joico shampoos and conditioners and treatments for damaged hair and use the redken blowdry protector before you use the blow dryer then use chi iron guard before stylling:) id also sleep with castor oil at the roots of my hair i think you can get it at any online drugstore thing or maybe walmart or target something like that might sell it:) also if you want it shiny id use olive oil at my roots:) good luckk!
Use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner like Herbal Essence Hello Hydration. Then be sure to use a good leave in conditioner. Lastly brush your hair with a wide toothed comb. Oh and DONT wear your hair in ponytails too often because it damages hair.
i have used a product called Mira hair oil with great success to grow hair, my hair used to grow 1/2 an inch a month and then i used it and it now grows 1 inch a month
simply take some of the Mira hair oil an rub into your scalp every other night before you go to bed and when doing this massage the scalp and then gently pull at your hair while doing this to stimulate the follicles
your hair will grow super fast
take a biotin and prenatal pill supplement everyday and be sure to keep yourself hydrated -your hair will grow fast
