  • Not necessary, the recycling process includes a step that cleans them off.

  • If you didn’t it would get pulled off anyway, people get paid to do it.
    If everybody pulled the labels off of their bottles then these people would be out of a job.
    but if there was no need for these extra people then bottles would be a little cheaper.

  • In our small town, they ask that you remove the label and the lid, before recycling.
