I used to use Gifpal but the quality of the gifs is really blurry, and i’ve seen way better quality gifs on tumblr so i was wondering how to make them? I’m talking about the gifs that’s like a video, and can shoot directly from a webcam.

websites don’t make good gifs unless you pay for something. They gifs people make on tumblr are most likely photoshopped (the good ones). make your own gifs using photoshop, or if you don’t want to buy it, get GIMP. It’s really easy to use and there are tutorials online. The quality is better. otherwise I don’t think websites make good gifs.
