ok so I keep having a dream that me and this girl who hates me r best friends. and me and that girl used to be best friends when we were little and now we hate each other, I’ve tried to be her friend and I’ve said sorry like a 1,000 times but she doesn’t think its a “good idea” for us to be friends. she has been in like 5 of my dreams in the past month or so and in all of them we r best friends!

You very strongly desire on a subconscious level to make friends with this girl. this is why you are having these dreams. Let her go. make peace with the fact you will not be friends, at least not now.
