What does three Crosses mean on necklace?

My Sister bought me a necklace over in France and it has 3 Crosses on it with my birth sign on it. I have some people asking me what, the 3 Crosses mean. Lol..IM guessing means Trinity…Can someone please tell me what it means…thanks
