so i met this girl through a friend and shes really not my type but shes pretty akin to my personality and we click very well. so we talked for a couple of times and found out she had a bf but a short time ago they broke up and i have been hanging out with her more often. usually with more of my friends and i ask her to come hang with us. i have this feeling she likes me first of all cuz she always comes when i ask. I think i might actually date her but only if she makes the move because i just feel like its never the right time, so my question is what usually happens if we just keep hanging out casually like this, plus shes pretty shy only does side-hugs when greeting and no more contact so idk

If you wait for her to make the first move as shy as she is, nothing will ever happen between you.
If you don’t ever feel it is the right time then maybe you are just not attracted to her as a girlfriend but with similar personalities and you click well together then maybe she is close friend material…
If you force the relationship for yourself just cuz she made the first move then it will definitely not end well and you could lose a potentially really good friend.
Think long and hard and if you are attracted to her then you should make the first move and if it isn’t feeling right then maybe you just need to get to know each other a little more personally, try hanging out with her just you two together.
i think nothing will happen…if she’s really shy. i think you should make the first move, though, because it will increase the chances of anything happening between the two of you.
