  • I enjoy a few different series of books because the main characters are so very interesting as well as the stories they get involved in.

Georgina Kincaid is a Succubus in the Richelle Mead Succubus Series and those books are paranormal semi romantic. The best part being all the different supernatural creatures not just the run of the mill but a new twist on some old themes.

Odd Thomas is a lot of fun. He has a series by Dean Koontz: Odd Hours, Brother Odd etc. Odd is capable of something paranormal but he is a Fry Cook by profession though his abilities and moral integrity take him on some adventures most nights. His name is unique and yet it sort of fits being literal but still sounding normal.

Janet Evanovich writes a series about Stephanie Plum called the Numbers Series: One for the Money, Two for the Show, Explosive Eighteen, things like that. Steph is like watching Bad Girls Club. Or any other reality show with a lot of odd little people and their quirks. It is a funny series.

  • I’ve read so many great books of every genre and subject it’s very difficult to put one at the top, but allow me to assume we’re talking of fiction. Even though I’ve read better works as far as talent, I’d still have to say “David Copperfield,” or “Great Expectations,” both by Charles Dickens for sentimental reasons. Btw, the th anniversary of Dickens’ birthday was this past February th, and he passed away at a rather early age of on June th, . On June th I’ll turn , and it simply blows my mind to think about how much he was able to accomplish in that time. As far as nonfiction I’d say A.N. Wilson’s biography of Leo Tolstoy is the best in that category with Henri Troiat’s biography of the same writer is a close second. Tolstoy’s life, probably the most famous man in the world for at least decades, makes as good a read as any novel. My favorite friend name? I really never gave it much thought, but I have a few sons and I like Liam and Ian the most. Sorry boys. Your mother is the blame for the others. J/K…

Answers Favorite AnswerNaming a character should feel like a parent naming their children. You wouldn't give that task to anyone else (least of all strangers). I'm guessing you don't feel that strongly about your story.. Jane Jennings. Mr. Wang. Bill Harting. Landon . Rachel . Charlie Lincoln. Ethan. Jane Jones, Jissle, Jankles, Jeels, Joles, Jamago,James. (I made all of these, other than Jones & James, up xD). Mr. Barker, Mr. James, Mr. Hudson, Mr. Lang.. Reg, Benson, Jacob, Kane.. Daniel, Sam, Aaron, Cameron, Justin.. Belle, Wella, Susie, Anne.. Cameron, Justin, Ben, Nathan, John, Jonathan.. Harold, Ken, Quinn, Samuel, Dan, Brad. Hope I helped! I do know I re-used the names, sorry they just fit with the description. :)Source(s): My brain.
