An ex-friend is a bit of a psycho, and is using my information to sign me up for spam.
This has been happening for nearly one year now, and I’ve been getting some spam at my home mailbox, email account, and some text spam on my cell phone. The majority of it is annoying telemarketers at my home phone.
I’ve already signed up for donotcall.gov, not sure if it helped but I think it may have a little.
Are there any other suggestions?

Well, go tell her/his parents about the issue. They’ll probably talk to her and she will most likely stop spamming you.
Just talk to her, your parents, or her parents and they’ll solve the issue.
