If you mean the ‘Stop Recording’ toolbar is no longer displayed when you record a macro then do this:
Start recording a macro.
Go to View > Toolbars
Click on ‘Stop Recording’
The Stop Recording toolbar will display.
Click the Relative Reference button.
right click on top of excel and enable visual basic menu
In tools options disable R1C! mode in general tab
