Wife’s car is in poor shape. I need to fix harness it’s having issues with back running lights and dash light. Not the fuses Checked.

Unless the car has been in a wreck, you probably don’t need a wire harness. It sounds like you may have a ground problem or a bad switch. I would check all the related connectors for corrosion and make sure you have good grounds. Another possibility is the BCM, body control module.
Also, check Technical Service Bulletins for this kind of problem.
