My cousin told me that it is possible for me to become a nurse in 4-5 years, or latest 7 years. Is this true? Are there colleges that make becoming a nurse possible in only 4-5 years? If so, can someone suggest some?

Hi Theresa
In theory you can complete an Associates degree in nursing and qualify for the RN exam. Usually the degree is an Associates of Science [AS].
That is a 2 year program. In reality, most school require you to have at least one year of general education courses first. That would make it three years.
Or you can apply for a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing program [BSN].
If you will amend your statement to include which state you are in you can get a list of public colleges and universities in that state with BSN programs. If you want a particular city include that also.
