Which state has a higher percentage of white people, Illinois or Michigan?

More specifically it’s Cook County Illinois vs Portage Michigan. I’m going to be moving soon and there are a lot of Mexicans in Hanover Park. I’m thinking maybe there will be more white people in Portage. Race is not the reason why I’m moving though, I’m just curious.

I’d say there’s far more flesh colored people in both than white.
