Why am I so depressed and cry non-stop…?

Ive been like this for a long time….im always sadepressed, have panic attacks, anxiety, shy, and have breakdowns…What makes me have like a breakdown or something is when I’m reading a sad romantic book and listen to depressing music and when I get to the romantic part where on of them dies kisses or breakups I start to cry and have a serious breakdown :/ yes I’m an emotional person. Ok. But my point is, is this how I’m really am? Because girls act like that. And I’m not but I don’t understand (what I just said when I said I was emotional and etc) why I do that..is that how I’m just am? I’m always stuck in Lithium: I hide my feelings inside. I feel like when I show my depressing feelings, and just showing the real me….being sad inside.. I feel like when I show my real feelings inside I worry about how people will feel or think about me. I’m worried if I would get either made fun of or everyone’s going to worry about me nonstop….someone please help me…

  • My opinion is that people worry about themselves and what is going on in their life. They’re really not thinking of you, especially bad things. What makes you happy? A sport , hobby, activity? If you spend your time thinking about sad things, then that’s what your going to be…sad. Don’t worry what other people think. Live your life and pursue the good things and be happy. Happiness is a choice.

  • You either need to call your local DCF(Dept. of Children & Family Services) or speak to your school advisors(Principal’s, Counselors, etc) about this matter. No child should have to go through this matter, NOT EVEN YOU AS A YOUNG ADULT. You need to do something NOW before it gets worse. You will have to make a GROWN UP PERSONS decision here, Hope you make the right one!!!!!! Stay safe & keep doing good in school as this matters a lot to you.

    Sadness is a primitive behavior?

Answers Favorite AnswerThere's a school of thought that all emotions are is our mind reinterpreting physiologic changes in our body. To wit, what you said about hormones is on point. In a sense all emotions are primative. With the development of language we have come up with interesting ways of reclassifying our feelings, but there are some primary ones. Fear and anger are the deepest, rooting from our so called "lizard brain" (I believe it's the thalamus). Memory is primitive too, because it was the catalyst for evolution. So yeah, I'd say sadness is probably related to fear (a support giver in the community is gone) as well as nostalgia (all the positive memories you had of the person). Sounds pretty primitive to me :)Source(s): Some study of psychology and neurology in undergrad and grad schoolI don't think it's primitive. I think emotions are based on your perspective on life and how much you attach yourself to a given situation. When someone dies, one is not sad so much for the death but rather because that particular person meant a lot to them and now they're gone.In Buddhism, in general, they teach not to attach oneself to materialistic things and to observe Read more

The difference between absolute and comparative advantage?

I'm in AP Econ and i'm having a little trouble understanding how someone who has absolute advantage doesn't automatically have comparative advantage. I've looked for an example i could understand a couple of times, i'm hoping something here will be more clear.Consider your favorite pro athlete, call him/her X. X is certainly at his/her sport S than you are, but is also almost certainly better doing other things, such as mowing a lawn, than you are. Sp X has absolute advantage over you in both activities. Now, should X spend his/her time away from practice mowing his/her lawn or should s/he hire you to do it? If X had infinite time, X could and would do it all. But X only has a limited number of hours per day so can't do it all.Because X's advantage at sport S is so much better than X's advantage at mowing a lawn, it makes sense for X to pay you to do the mowing and spend the time practicing. So you have a comparative advantage over X in mowing precisely because your nowhere near as good as X in sport S.http://internationalecon.com/Trade/Tch/T-.phpNote that Chinese workers are much less efficient than American workers in manufacturing. Favorite AnswerFirst off, you need to realize that you don't need guy friends. Just because everyone else has them, doesn't mean you have to have them, as well. There are plenty of straight people who hang out with members of the opposite sex. However, if you're really so intent on hanging out with them...-Start doing or learning about (generally) masculine things. Video games, for example.-You could start playing sports. Find something you like, there's a wide variety of sports, something for everyone.-Start talking to other guys. You can't make friends if you Read more
